Privacy Policy

Haven does not collect any personal data. There is no account to create, no analytics or advertising SDK in the app, and no server that your island is sent to. This policy exists to state that plainly and to explain the few device features the app does touch.
What we collect
Nothing. We collect, store and transmit no personal information, no device identifiers, no usage analytics, and no crash telemetry. In App Store Connect terms, Haven's data collection is declared as Data Not Collected.
What stays on your device
Your island — the tiles you place and your camera position — is saved to your device's local browser storage inside the app. It never leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes it. We cannot read it, back it up, or restore it for you.

Children
Haven is rated for general audiences. Because we collect nothing from anyone, we collect nothing from children either. The app contains no ads, no chat, no user-to-user contact, and no external links other than the ones on this website.
Third parties
Haven has no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising or attribution. The app stores are the only third parties involved, and only for distribution — their handling of your purchase and account data is covered by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies, not this one.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard web request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We add no analytics or tracking scripts of our own to this site.
Your rights
Rights such as access, correction, export and erasure apply to personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return or delete. Your island is yours, on your device, and you can erase it at any time with the in-app Reset button or by deleting the app.
Changes
If a future version of Haven adds something that does handle personal data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the date at the top will change.
